TRUFF MAYO (2 JARS)
$49.95Baked Asparagus Truffle Dip
Switch up your hot dip game (see ya later, spinach) with this asparagus and truffle-themed appetiser. Warm, rich, and super creamy baked asparagus dip is an easy appetiser, perfect for feeding a group. Packed with plenty of asparagus spears, three different creamy components, and two types of cheeses, it will definitely keep your partygoers coming back for more scoops, dollops, and dips.
Seasoned with butter-sautéed onions and garlic, not to mention the fantastic earthiness of black winter truffles, this dip is full of flavour! Our secret ingredient, the component that makes this dip so unbelievably delicious, is the TRUFF Mayo. This rich, savoury spread adds a professional touch to everyday dishes.
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Once melted, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until tender, for about 3 minutes. Transfer the sautéed veggies to a large bowl and add the TRUFF Mayo, sour cream, and cream cheese, whisk until smooth and combined.
- Add asparagus, 3/4 cup grated mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper to the bowl, and stir to combine. Lightly grease a medium casserole dish with pan release spray and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Spread the mixture out evenly and sprinkle with the remaining 3/4 cup of mozzarella. Your asparagus dip might bubble a little while baking, place the dish on a large baking sheet to catch any drips.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly and the top has turned lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to rest for 10 minutes. Serve dip with crostini or crackers on the side.
